Ceramics trip Benin
In collaboration with Zwanique Karst, a Dutch ceramist, Papillon Reizen has created a ceramics trip in Benin. In this trip we take you to a pottery village, where a local potter introduces you to the pottery process, as it is passed on from generation to generation.
Experience with ceramics is not needed. Each of the participants can work based on his/her level of experience.
Of course we grab the opportunity to also show you part of the beautiful South of Benin.
Your partner would like to join, but is not interested in ceramics? An additional partner itinerary can be booked for the days of the ceramics course.
A 7-day extension trip has been created for those who would like to see more of the country. In this trip we take you to the North for visits to several population groups as well as to Pendjari Park, the best national park in West Africa.
An English spoken guide is accompanying the group, and on the trip with starting date 16 November 2018 Zwanique will take part herself.
Download the itinerary for more detailed information and do not hesitate to contact us with your questions.
It will be our pleasure to answer them.
We look forward to welcoming you to Benin!
